The height of contemporary stair design

This two-property development was styled on the outside to compliment the older neighbouring houses. But inside they were built to a high specification with a warm, modern feel.

This softwood staircase had moisture resistant MDF treads and plywood risers. The developer painted the spindles bright white but made a feature of the beautiful oak handrails and newel posts by keeping them as natural wood.

By using a half-space landing, flight over flight design our client could get the most from the available space without losing impact.
