Specification and configuration

We take full responsibility for measuring and configuring your stairs.

After you contact us about your project, we’ll:

  • Send one of our technical sales experts to your site to measure up
  • Give you an accurate quotation on-site
  • Liaise with your customer on the next steps (if you’re a merchant)

Design

Our designers create beautiful staircases suited to your needs.

With the TwoTwenty design team behind your project, you’ll get:

  • Practical advice on materials and finishes
  • Designs created using state-of-the-art computer aided design (CAD) software
  • A staircase that meets and exceeds BWF Stair Scheme guidelines

Manufacture

Your staircase is manufactured and hand-finished by our master craftspeople.

Our staircases feature the highest quality workmanship and always use environmentally friendly materials. We do this thanks to:

  • Master craftspeople working alongside computer numeric control (CNC) machines
  • Use of sustainably sourced, FSC®-certified timber
  • Careful packing with all components ready for fast on-site assembly

Delivery

We can deliver staircases to any site in the UK, thanks to our dedicated delivery network.
