Terry's Chocolate Factory conversion, York

TwoTwenty designed and manufactured more than 100 timber staircases for the award-winning conversion of Terry’s Chocolate Factory in York.

Specialist developer PJ Livesey transformed the interior of the iconic Grade II listed building into 170 contemporary apartments. The TwoTwenty team worked to tight timescales to ensure prompt delivery and installation of up to 15 high quality staircases per week.
