TwoTwenty launches new website to support merchants and builders in a hurry
TwoTwenty, an award-winning staircase supplier to some of the UK’s leading builders’ merchants and housebuilders, has launched a new website.

Featuring project case studies of new build developments across the country, videos about the company’s service, and an improved gallery of its oak, stained and painted staircase ranges, the site also provides valuable advice and downloads, including the British Woodworking Federation (BWF) Stair Scheme Installation Guide which gives step-by-step advice to builders on the safe installation of timber stairs.

Customers can use the site to request an immediate call back, and to receive TwoTwenty’s e-newsletter.

TwoTwenty designs and builds bespoke timber staircases for new build homes, selling mostly through independent and national builders’ merchants who are trusted suppliers to local developers.

It aims to deliver made-to-measure stairs to site within a couple of weeks, half the industry standard lead time.

Unique service for builders and merchants

Unlike other manufacturers, the company takes full responsibility from the start for the measure, design and bespoke configuration of the stair.

Its unique, rapid response service won the company two major awards at the end of last year.

The company received the BWF Process Efficiency Award in recognition of new, efficient processes in the joinery industry which boost business performance and provide customers with the best possible products at the best price, quality level and delivery time.

At the Burton Mail Business Awards, TwoTwenty scooped the Overall Business of the Year award.
